Lead Global Penetration Testing Strategy

As the Head of Penetration Testing, you will be responsible for designing, leading, and executing the company's comprehensive penetration testing strategy. This involves developing and refining a robust penetration testing program that spans global offices, operational sites, and the supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive penetration testing strategy that meets or exceeds international security standards.
  • Lead a team of experts in identifying, testing, and mitigating vulnerabilities across the company's digital and operational infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with other cybersecurity leaders, IT teams, product development, and operational technology departments to integrate penetration testing into the broader security and risk management strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in penetration testing tools, tactics, and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and industry-specific regulations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in penetration testing and offensive security, with hands-on experience conducting and leading tests in complex environments.
  • Proven expertise in vulnerability management, exploit development, red teaming, and security testing methodologies.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with a deep understanding of security frameworks and industry-specific regulations.
  • A creative, hands-on problem solver with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
