Store Manager Assistent (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Store Manager Assistenten, der unsere Kunden mit erstklassiger Betreuung und Beratung begeistert.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Als stellvertretende Leitung deines Stores bist du verantwortlich für die Führung und Entwicklung deines Teams.
  • Individuelle Kundenberatung und -betreuung, um unsere Kunden zu überzeugen.
  • Die Kennzahlen deines Stores im Blick halten, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen vorzunehmen.
  • Das Team kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln und motivieren, um unsere Unternehmensziele zu erreichen.
  • Die Rekrutierung der passenden Mitarbeiter/innen für deinen Store unterstützen.
  • Die einheitlichen Visual Merchandising Vorgaben von SNIPES umsetzen.
Unsere Anforderungen
  • Berufserfahrung, gerne mit eigenen Verantwortungsbereichen.
  • Spaß an der Kundenbetreuung und intensiven Beratungsgesprächen.
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und Personalentwicklung.
  • Grundverständnis für Retail-Prozesse.
  • Begeisterung für Street Culture, Sneaker und Streetwear.
  • Quereinstieg möglich.
