Governance Services Expert

About the Role

Arendt Investor Services is seeking a highly skilled Governance Services Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Governance Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring that their governance needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing corporate company law and fund regulation services
  • Prepare legal documentation, including annual accounts, transfer of seat, and change of managers-directors
  • Update registers, including shares, PECs, and CPECs
  • Take part in transactional corporate secretarial tasks
  • Track and check documents, including legislation and signatures
  • Organize board and shareholders' meetings, drafting related documentation
  • Liaise with banks, Luxembourg administrations, notary, and ministry of foreign affairs
  • Manage a team of governance junior officers, reviewing documentation and controlling follow-up actions

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in law
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a trust company in Luxembourg in a similar position
  • Fluent in English, with any other language considered an asset
  • Diligent and well-organized
  • Good communication skills and proactive approach
  • Team-oriented
