Job Title: Intern – Corporate Governance

Arendt Investor Services (AIS) is a leading provider of investor services, offering a comprehensive range of corporate and accounting services to support businesses with their day-to-day operations.

As a Corporate Governance Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the corporate governance principles applicable to a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) are followed. Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing legal agreements, preparing corporate documentation, and monitoring new laws and regulations that may impact the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing various types of legal agreements and documents;
  • Preparing corporate documentation for companies;
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate governance principles;
  • Monitoring new laws, regulations, and market practices;
  • Assisting with debt recovery files;
  • Liaising with third parties, such as lawyers, notaries, and local authorities;
  • Participating in various projects;
  • Working on specific client files when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in law;
  • Interest in a long-term traineeship to complement education;
  • Fluency in Italian and English (or English only);
  • Well-organized, excellent communication skills, and a good team player;
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
