About the Role
Main tasks of the Business Analyst Order Management include:
- Collaborating with process owners to prioritize application improvements and optimize day-to-day practices.
- Improving application implementation for global order management processes, practices, and key performance indicators in cooperation with the process owner.
- Planning activities regarding change management for new implementations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Process Analyst, you will:
- Work closely with the ERP/SAP application team to define and improve prioritization processes, including release planning.
- Review future application processes and collect, compile, and verify business requirements and results of projects and key user activities.
- Manage the sales-focused SAP Application Key User team and develop/train/coach use case scenarios.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and coordinate end-user trainings and updates of related deliverables.
- Monitor the application adoption rate.
Requirements
- Degree and relevant post-degree qualification.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint) skills.
- Business Analysis/Business Process Engineering experience in order management.
- Multi-year experience with ERP (ideally SAP).
- Requirement management, change management, and project management skills.
- Team-minded, approachable, resilient, and reliable.
- Strong analytic skills and solution-driven.
- Good communication and English skills.
