Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping product strategy and driving revenue growth by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, leveraging market insights to differentiate our offerings and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Leverage internal and external data to identify audiences, trends, and competitive landscapes, and develop messaging and positioning that compels user behaviors.
  • Lead the implementation of effective go-to-market plans for product and feature launches, holding stakeholders accountable to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and challenge peers to drive product success through positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive the creation of marketing assets and product-related content, and serve as a key stakeholder in product pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and market feedback to optimize marketing strategies and visions beyond the actual launch moment.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams and customers as a subject matter expert for the product portfolio.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Research trends, risks, and opportunities in the music industry and digital streaming.
  • Establish expertise in and enable stakeholders on a set of verticals and audiences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Product Marketing or a related field.
  • Passion for the future of music and knowledge about music industry dynamics.
  • Communication chops with a track record of presenting to both senior management and external audiences.
  • Good judgment and an ability to handle complex situations with clarity and confidence.
  • Strength in establishing good relationships, building trust, and managing stakeholders.
  • Overall adaptability and organization skills; comfort managing multiple projects and setting priorities.
