Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and repairing electronic and navigational equipment on commercial ships worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and Repair: Install and repair electronic and navigational equipment on commercial ships, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and repair navigation equipment both on board and ashore, providing expert technical support to our customers.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate training for ships' crew on equipment operation and maintenance, ensuring that our customers have the skills and knowledge they need to get the most out of our products.
  • Commissioning and Preparation: Commission and prepare equipment deliveries, ensuring that all products are thoroughly tested and ready for use.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Expertise in electronics and mechanics, with a strong understanding of computer networking and technical systems.
  • Communication Skills: Good English speaking and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic global environment, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
