As a Subcontract Management Expert at Exyte, you will play a critical role in the success of our high-tech projects. With a strong background in procurement and contract management, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling subcontractor performance, processing commercial claims, and minimizing risks associated with delays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control subcontractor performance to ensure timely delivery and quality of work
  • Process commercial claims and negotiate contract amendments
  • Minimize risks associated with subcontractor delays and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, quality, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance subcontractor performance and reduce costs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics or engineering
  • Proven experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in the construction and engineering industry
  • Strong commercial and technical expertise, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with a good command of written and spoken German and English
  • Ability to travel and work on-site, with a flexible and adaptable attitude
