We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain and Quality Manager to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain and quality aspects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, managing operational activities and contract management.
  • Oversee supply chain and quality aspects of contracts, ensuring On Time, On Quality (and On Cost when applicable) performance.
  • Manage Notification of Escape (NoE), Quality Surveillance Report (QSR), and Safety Related Item (SAR) management.
  • Coordinate TNF/CNF management and perform First Article Acceptance and First Article Inspection (FAA/FAI) activities.
  • Manage APID and work out short-term recovery plans/outstanding work (OSW) scenarios.
  • Lead supplier recovery and improvement projects, ensuring suppliers are compliant with required certifications.
  • Monitor or support new product introduction to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase.
  • Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects, setting long-term development targets with suppliers and the Supplier Development Team.
Requirements:
  • Team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate with different reference persons.
  • Assertive and customer-oriented person.
  • Able to analyze complex problems, situations, and find suitable solutions.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (1-2 times a month).
Education:
  • Aerospace or Supply Chain Quality at least Bachelor's degree.
Experience:
  • Quality management at least 3 years.
  • Quality assurance at least 3 years.
  • Supply chain at least 3 years.
Skills:
  • SAP knowledge of detailed functions.
  • Google Workspace.
Knowledge:
  • Lean management at least basic knowledge.
  • Project management at least basic knowledge.
  • Total quality management (problem-solving methods) at least good knowledge.
Language Skills:
  • German at least business fluent.
  • English at least business fluent.
