Incident Management Specialist

Your Role

The Incident Coordinator (IC) is responsible for owning local incident processes and tracking incident timelines and activities. This role involves coordinating incidents related to technical or functional issues, serving as the single point of contact in case of an incident that may restrict operations in our data centers. Additionally, the IC will be responsible for tracking measurements of corrective incident actions and creating and maintaining monthly incident reports.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a technical focus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Support with a focus on incident & escalation or experience in the Data Center industry with deep knowledge of all systems within a Data Center
  • Skilled in incident & escalation management
  • Skilled in process & improvement management
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Customer focus
  • Problem-solving skills, persistent in solving incidents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
