About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Business Partner to join our team at Olympus. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for partnering with diverse decision-makers to translate demand into sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with global, regional, and local organizations to translate business needs into actionable insights
  • Align with management on the vision and scope of the analytics landscape and lead agile teams throughout the delivery process
  • Effectively translate business problems into data-driven questions and provide insights that inform business decisions
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify viable options and communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders
  • Present findings in a compelling way through data storytelling and build empathy for internal customers
  • Work closely with the analytics team to ensure accurate data collection and interpretation
  • Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or comparable qualification
  • 4+ years of professional experience as a business analyst, marketing analyst, CRM manager, finance manager, or in a comparable position in the analytics field
  • Good understanding of complex and technical issues and knowledge of analyzing and processing large amounts of data
  • Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills in English across all levels of the organization
