**About Us**
Trans-o-flex is a forward-thinking logistics company specializing in the transportation and storage of high-value and sensitive goods. Our core competence lies in express delivery, as well as logistics solutions for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, consumer electronics, and other high-value industries. We provide both package and pallet delivery services nationally and internationally, covering the entire logistics chain from active temperature control to hazardous goods transportation, time-sensitive shipments, direct deliveries, and warehousing.
**Your Role**
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Disponent. As a Disponent, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the dispatch and collection of goods
- Leading plans and daily status reports
- Managing reports and data
- Maintaining master data
- Vehicle control
- Developing and creating evaluations and statistics
**Working Hours**
The Disponent will work exclusively night shifts (approximately 03:00 - 11:30 AM) and every two to three weeks will also work a Saturday shift from 05:30 - 09:00 AM.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring:
- A completed commercial vocational training, preferably in logistics
- A minimum of three years of experience in a comparable position
- A high level of reliability, team spirit, willingness to engage, and resilience
- Excellent communication skills
- A goal-oriented and structured approach to work
- Experience in transportation and logistics management
- Excellent PC and MS Office skills
- Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
