Warehouse Logistics Manager

As a Warehouse Logistics Manager at SYNCREON, you will be responsible for the timely provision of customer goods in the incoming/outgoing goods department. This role requires a dynamic and goal-oriented individual who can work in a modern environment and appreciate varied work processes.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personnel and be responsible for the operational area
- Plan and control work distribution and brief employees
- Be the superordinate contact person for customers and employees or temporary workers
- Plan and control the movement of goods
- Ensure orders are processed on time, including the complete and safe processing of incoming and outgoing goods
- Perform daily and weekly reporting (internal and external)
- Monitor occupational safety and disciplinary regulations
- Report damage and complaints, support with complaints and claims processing, and corresponding documentation
- Monitor stock levels and carry out inventories and cycle counts
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or comparable training desirable
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the logistics/forwarding sector with management experience desirable
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills are required
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel
- Experience and knowledge of merchandise management systems (WMS) and SAP
- You enjoy working in a varied and exciting working environment for a global customer in a shift system
- You have a high degree of personal responsibility, independence, as well as planning and organizational skills
- You have a dynamic, goal-oriented, and team-oriented personality with good communication skills and are able to work under pressure
