Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Page Outsourcing. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of recruitment professionals to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes across a range of programs and business areas.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
- Ensure full compliance with all data and candidate management processes, including tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics.
- Provide coaching and training to junior recruiters and talent sourcing partners on best practices in talent acquisition.
- Demonstrable track record in agency and/or onsite recruitment.
- Domain expertise in head office, STEM, or generalist recruitment.
- Broad exposure to recruitment ATS/VMS platforms.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
