Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Page Outsourcing. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of recruitment professionals to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes across a range of programs and business areas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers and departments to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team at the client side to ensure full compliance with all data entered onto the database and to maintain accurate candidate information.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and implement best practices in talent acquisition, including training and coaching junior recruiters and talent sourcing partners.
- Demonstrable track record in agency and/or onsite recruitment.
- Domain expertise in head office, STEM, or generalist recruitment.
- Broad exposure to recruitment ATS/VMS platforms.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
