Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager and Installation Technical Trainer to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our Installation team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that support our Installation teams in delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our Installation teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective training solutions
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training content
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and installation training

Requirements

  • Project Manager and Project Manager Trainer experience
  • Holds PMI or PMBOK Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of our products and installation business
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or relevant Project Management degree and recognized Certification
  • Previous experience supporting teams who deploy learning across the EMEALA region
  • Experience working in a multinational organization
