Project Manager and Installation Technical Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager and Installation Technical Trainer to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our Installation team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs to support our Installation teams, as well as acting as Program Lead for the delivery of global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs to support Installation teams
  • Act as Program Lead for the delivery of global initiatives
  • Collaborate with instructors, IDs, learning professionals, product managers, vendors, program managers, and stakeholders
  • Design and develop learning and performance support tools
  • Implement metrics and evaluation protocols for learning deliverables
  • Partner with the Design and Development Leader to ensure learning experiences and content are useful and relevant for diverse learning audiences

Requirements

  • Project Manager and Project Manager Trainer experience
  • Holds PMI or PMBOK Certification
  • Excellent influencing skills with all levels of the organization, and practiced in change management across a complex, multicultural environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at a senior level
  • Realizes the importance of details in leading to impactful outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of our products and installation business
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or relevant Project Management degree and recognized Certification
  • Previous experience supporting teams who deploy learning across the EMEALA region
  • Experience working in a multinational organization
  • Conversation level of Spanish, German, French, Italian, or Dutch
