**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Visual Specialist to join our team at Christie Digital Systems. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and maintenance for our digital projectors and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service at client locations to ensure the full functionality of our systems.
- Diagnose and repair complex technical problems, as well as research complex customer issues to ensure timely resolution of Tier 2 issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support technical support efforts.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a technical or engineering field (Electrical or Software).
- Strong knowledge of video and cinema systems, including digital projectors and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with French and German as an asset.
