AVI-SPL is a digital enablement solutions provider seeking a skilled Audio Visual Technician to join our team. As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support for AV and video conferencing solutions to our customers.

• Ensure timely and efficient technical support for AV and video conferencing solutions
• Accept support requests via phone/email, ticket system, and handle assigned service tickets
• Perform actions for incident analysis and resolution, both remotely and onsite
• Troubleshoot, document, and resolve problems for contract customers
• Assist users of assigned customers in operating the systems/equipment on-site
• Regularly perform preventive maintenance measures, including testing/repairing cables and various hardware components

• Completed vocational training in media technology, electrical engineering, event technology, or IT systems electronics, or comparable qualification or professional experience
• Excellent German language skills
• Ability to travel
