About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager (m/w/d) to lead our Central Operating Theater and Ambulatory Care departments. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing budgets, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Central Operating Theater and Ambulatory Care departments, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction
  • Manage budgets and resources, ensuring optimal use of personnel and equipment
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Medical degree (MD) or equivalent in Anesthesiology or Surgery
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
