About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at ONLY Stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our store, including sales, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily business operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
  • Plan and execute in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Conduct regular business reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in the textile retail industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail software systems
