Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our store in Dortmund Nordstadt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the store, including managing staff, training, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the store's operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Manage and develop a team of retail professionals, including training and mentoring.
  • Support colleagues during store openings and inventories, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Maintain product displays and handle inventory, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
  • Oversee pricing, promotions, and inventory management, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Act as the main contact between headquarters and store leaders, providing regular updates and insights.

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (preferably in retail) and experience in retail management.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team, with a strong customer focus and business acumen.
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities and drive results, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
