Senior Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to lead our visual design efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts across multiple platforms, including print, digital media, advertising, and branding projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Lead the design process from initial ideation to final execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless workflow and integrated approach.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with technical precision and adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, new tools, and industry innovations to continually push the creative boundaries.
Requirements
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and other relevant design tools.
  • Location in the Cologne catchment area or willingness to move there.
  • Experience with 3D design software like Blender, Cinema 4D, or other tools, with the ability to create animations or 3D mock-ups.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision, technical expertise, and ability to create visually impactful designs.
  • Strong conceptual and design skills, with an ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
