Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to join our team at Limbach Gruppe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, processing medical claims, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and billing information.
  • Process and manage medical claims, including submitting and following up on claims with insurance companies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OIG guidelines.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and OIG guidelines.
