Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to join our team at Limbach Gruppe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, processing medical claims, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and billing information.
- Process and manage medical claims, including submitting and following up on claims with insurance companies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OIG guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve billing and claims issues.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or medical billing.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
