We are seeking an experienced Globalization Delivery Manager to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Globalization unit, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of various localization programs that enable our customers to run their businesses more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and govern the execution of SAP programs, ensuring compliant and successful delivery
- Collaborate closely with Chief/Area Product Managers (C/APM) and scrum teams in the Globalization department
- Establish strong relationships with central Line of Business (LoB) contacts
- Organize and participate in program meetings for roll-in, roll-out, tracking, and coordination
- Assist management in effectively managing projects/deliveries, particularly in cross-functional areas
- Ensure that deliveries adhere to SAP guidelines and standards, as well as the overall program
- Coordinate with Product teams to align their efforts with the program's objectives, utilizing existing structures and models such as Delivery Responsible and Quality Responsible
- Manage cross-program dependencies, service groups, and stakeholders
- Support Product Portfolio Planning in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Own, review, and improve Program/Delivery processes
- Drive/Support compliance activities (e.g. audits)
- Experience with SAP Product Development Lifecycle and tools (e.g. JIRA, Sirius, PPMS, ACRF, ServiceNow, ECCN)
- Strong experience of working with SAP products
- Strong cross-functional project management and team collaboration skills
- Communication and stakeholder management capabilities at all organizational levels, from developers to higher management
- Passion for development processes, quality, and compliance
- Experience in leading a program holding responsibility for continuous and timely delivery in Agile mode
- Drive process improvement activities
- +5 years of professional working experience
