Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and direction to warehouse staff, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably with a KEP service provider.
  • Knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of English.
