SalaryOur salary is based on age and experience, with a minimum of $25,000 per year according to the Retail non-food collective bargaining agreement.
Job DescriptionAs a Crewmember, you will start each day full of energy and enthusiasm, working to meet your targets and provide exceptional customer service. You will have the freedom to use a sales style that suits you best, while receiving continuous development support from our team.
You will be part of a young, dynamic, and creative team that values fun in the workplace. Your passion for fashion and ability to tell stories about our beautiful items will shine through in your work.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- Passion for fashion and desire to learn
- 5 wonderful weeks of vacation per year
- An attractive monthly bonus based on team targets
