Project Lead for International Defence Programs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to oversee the PV43-M Program at NVL BV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the program, coordinating efforts with NVL Egypt and NVL doo, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the project's overall performance across all involved entities
  • Ensure the successful execution of the program, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Coordinate efforts with NVL Egypt and NVL doo, and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor the progress of the project, manage the budget and schedule, and develop regular progress reports
  • Provide strategic steer and support to NVL Egypt and NVL doo during the on-site execution of the project
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • PMP or IPMA certification preferred, along with additional training in people management
  • Advanced analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of program management techniques
  • Strong cost awareness, proven leadership abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Over 8 years of professional experience in project management roles, particularly within the international defense sector
  • At least 5 years of experience managing complex multinational programs with budgets exceeding €150 million
