Project Lead Role Overview

As a Project Lead at NVL B.V. & Co. KG, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the PV43-M Program across all involved entities. This pivotal role requires governing the main contractor NVL Egypt and the subcontractor NVL doo from Croatia to ensure the successful execution of the entire program.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the project's overall performance across all involved entities
* Govern the main contractor NVL Egypt and the subcontractor NVL doo from Croatia
* Ensure the successful execution of the entire program
* Coordinate efforts with NVL Egypt and NVL doo
* Monitor the progress of the project
* Manage the budget and schedule
* Develop regular progress reports to NVL BV

Requirements

* Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
* PMP or IPMA certification preferred
* Advanced analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Strong cost awareness, proven leadership abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset
* Over 8 years of professional experience in project management roles, particularly within the international defense sector
* At least 5 years of experience managing complex multinational programs with budgets exceeding €150 million
