About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Market Manager at FamCom Verbrauchermärkte GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our market leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and excellence in our markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Market Director in the organizational and functional leadership of the market, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
  • Act as a role model and point of contact for your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist with personnel-related matters, including personnel planning, recruitment, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure efficient stockroom management and implement effective product presentation strategies to drive sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, delivering a personalized shopping experience for our customers.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the market, conducting regular freshness checks to ensure exceptional quality.

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training in retail, preferably in the food retail sector.
  • Quereinsteiger (individuals with non-traditional career paths) are also welcome to apply.
  • Several years of experience in retail, with initial experience in personnel management.
  • Strong customer orientation and service mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills and high team orientation.
