Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant (w/d/m) to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts, including social media management, campaign planning, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and event marketing.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and social media.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in social media marketing, including creating and implementing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with social media management tools, including Hootsuite and Sprout Social.
