About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Creos, a leading company actively shaping the energy transition in Luxembourg and the Greater Region.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the Group IT Contract Management Process, providing strategic guidance to Group IT, and overseeing the entire contract lifecycle from procurement to closure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and following up on the Group IT Contract Management Process, ensuring adherence to analytical structure and KPIs;
  • Advising and supporting Group IT in contract management purposes, including negotiation and renegotiation of contracts;
  • Providing regular reporting to line managers on contract management performance and progress;
  • Continually improving the Group IT Contract Management Process, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes as needed;
  • Supporting the closing process by controlling timesheets, preparing reports, and collaborating with Controlling to estimate monthly OPEX forecasts;
  • Overseeing and continuously improving the IT Budget process, IT RFP process, and IT Supplier process.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and effective communication skills in English and French. Knowledge of German and/or Luxemburgish is considered an advantage.

About You

We are looking for a professional with a BTS degree in IT, Finance, or equivalent, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Your profile should include:

  • A proven track record of successfully managing contracts and driving business growth;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues;
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and cultures;
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.
