Description

  • Ensure the day-to-day management of the company's accounts, by entering and recording accounting entries (purchases, sales, cash flow, etc.);
  • Organize and manage accounting documents (filing, archiving and follow-up);
  • Contribute to bank reconciliations and ensure day-to-day cash flow management;
  • Participate in the preparation of monthly reports;
  • Contribute to accounting closing operations.

Profile

  • Fluent French or perfectly bilingual
  • Residence in Luxembourg preferred, or, failing this, current or future border-crosser to the Grand Duchy (willingness to accept geographical mobility)
  • Good command of written English
  • Bac+3/5 degree in Management, preferably with a specialization in Finance/Accounting
  • 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar position or in an audit, accounting or fiduciary firm
  • Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles and mechanisms
  • Daily proficiency in Excel
  • Sense of integrity, loyalty and respect for confidentiality
  • Ability to adapt, diplomacy and flexibility
  • Autonomy and initiative valued
