Porsche Digital GmbH: Agile Transformation Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Expert to join our team at Porsche Digital GmbH. As a key member of our Vehicle Infotainment Product Development team, you will be responsible for coaching and facilitating Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure successful delivery of complex digital products.

  • Oversee and coordinate the processes and execution of the overarching product organization, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Coach and develop the newly established product development ART, including role-specific coaching and facilitating ART events.
  • Manage risks and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery of product increments.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Design and shape agile organizational structures as part of the digitization in leading industrial companies.
  • Continuously optimize the Agile Release Train while aligning with lean-agile values and principles.
  • Foster excellent collaboration within the ART, promoting self-management, autonomy, and a lean-agile mindset.
What You Bring Along:
  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Release Train Engineer in agile software development.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, combined with strong goal and result orientation.
  • Strong communication skills to handle stakeholders, including Car Line Representatives, Product Managers, Business Owners, Domain Architects, and Line Managers.
