About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our ABOUT YOU team. As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our CRM team and Email Experts in the creation of digital communication campaigns, email campaigns, and evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of new CRM campaigns, focusing on email marketing.
- Implement email campaigns, from segmentation to content selection, copywriting, and design.
- Develop reports and analyses for channel performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaigns based on standard KPIs, derive recommendations for optimization, and implement improvements.
- Conduct and evaluate various A/B tests.
- Participate in meeting routines and concept meetings, as well as exchange with CRM stakeholders.
- Independently execute various projects in the CRM area.
Requirements
- Ongoing or completed studies in business or communication sciences or comparable fields.
- Interest in fashion and the fashion industry, as well as a good sense of target-group-oriented customer communication.
- Creative flair and no fear of learning a bit of HTML.
- Excellent analytical skills and enjoyment of working with numbers.
- Quick understanding and structured working method.
- Communication and organizational skills, team skills, and proactivity.
- Ideal: first practical experiences.
- Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
