Sustainability Transformation Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Project Manager Sustainability Transformation to join our team at Budenheim DE. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our sustainability transformation efforts and ensuring the successful implementation of our operational technology data collection initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for data collection and analysis across locations, aligning with our ESG strategy and sustainability reporting requirements.
  • Lead the project team in the creation and preparation of status quo and gap analysis reports, identifying areas for improvement and recommending data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with various communities to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Manage and maintain task management systems, ensuring seamless project execution and coordination across all production sites.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge to support the implementation of IIoT solutions and ensure data quality and integrity.

Requirements

  • Business studies or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 6-8 years of work experience in a similar environment, with a proven track record of project management and coordination.
  • Desirable: PMI certification or project management training, experience in agile working methods, and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, with good German language skills and Spanish an advantage.
