Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Project Manager Sustainability Transformation to join our team at Budenheim DE. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our sustainability transformation efforts and ensuring the successful implementation of our ESG strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for data collection and analysis to support our sustainability reporting and ESG goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key sustainability indicators and develop a plan to collect and analyze relevant data.
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of data collection and analysis projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide project management support to ensure the successful delivery of sustainability-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Business studies or equivalent experience.
  • 6-8 years of work experience in a similar environment, with a focus on sustainability, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on sustainability and ESG.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Fluency in English, with good German and Spanish language skills an advantage.
