Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Vision and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive CT strategy, leveraging market trends and competitive dynamics to inform decision-making and drive customer-centric growth.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic plans and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Lead key strategic projects that drive business objectives, overseeing them from initiation to successful implementation.
  • Strategy Communication: Utilize and refine the CT strategy as a communication tool to effectively convey its impact and support the organization in understanding and aligning with strategic goals.
  • Innovation Leadership: Organize and lead the innovation process in collaboration with R&D, fostering an innovation-driven culture at CT.
  • Medical Affairs: Oversee and manage medical affairs, ensuring the development and execution of clinical strategies, adherence to regulatory requirements, and effective communication of scientific data to internal and external stakeholders.
  • CT Management System: Take a leading role in steering and continuously improving the CT management system.
  • Reporting: Directly report to the Head of Business Line.
Requirements:
  • Education: University degree in engineering, medical engineering, medical process management, or a relevant field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in strategy development and implementation within the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and insight into relevant clinical workflows, such as diagnostic imaging. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the medical field is ideal.
