Burberry is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Operations Coordinator to support the back of house operations in our stores. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stockroom, inventory control, and sales support processes.

  • Manage inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders, ensuring accuracy of products received, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Support the sales team by retrieving stock in a timely manner, including Omnichannel and stock pullback.
  • Maintain a tidy and compliant back of house environment, adhering to Retail Operations and Standards.
  • Conduct quality control on all products and report any issues to the store lead.
  • Support the aftersales process, including alterations, repairs, and personalization, to elevate the client experience.
  • Ensure all stockroom equipment is working and fully operational, raising any concerns through Ask services immediately.
  • Perform ad-hoc administration tasks, including answering telephone calls, responding to customer service inquiries, and ordering stationery and supermarket supplies.
  • Assist with events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as requested by store management.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
  • Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
