About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Chief Retail Operations Manager at C.P. Company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about leading teams and driving business growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Oversee a team of staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Store Operations: Guarantee the highest standards of store image and maintenance, including visual merchandising, stock management, and administration tasks.
  • Customer Service: Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers, and ensure that all customer complaints and comments are addressed promptly.
  • Stock Control: Manage stock levels and assist the HQ in making key decisions about stock control, including pricing and discount policies.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Retail Experience: Extensive experience in retail operations, including team management, store operations, and customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
What We Offer

  • $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (depending on experience)
