Job Description:
">We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our Compliance Surveillance & Control plan and enhancing the framework over time to cover relevant risks.
">About the Role:
">The successful candidate will oversee the implementation and maintenance of our compliance program, ensuring that we remain in line with regulatory requirements. This includes monitoring and reporting on compliance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain our Compliance Surveillance & Control plan">
- Enhance the Compliance Surveillance and Monitoring framework to cover relevant risks such as Money Laundering, Market Abuse, and misuse of confidential information">
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics, including identifying areas for improvement">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and implement process improvements">
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices">
- Maintain accurate records and reports on compliance-related activities">
