Senior Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Harbor Freight Tools. As a valued member of our team, you will be empowered to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
About the Role:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle various sales transactions, including cash, credit, and returns, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Encourage customers to participate in company programs and promotions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking, sales, and customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
- Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
- Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IPP.
