About the Role:
A Senior Retail Sales Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a valued team player, you will be empowered to take ownership of your work and make a meaningful impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
- Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support each other in achieving individual and team goals.
- Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other store operations as required.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
- Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
