People Relations Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled People Relations Partner to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our Global HR organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our affiliates and leaders in navigating complex people relations matters.
Key Responsibilities- Consultation and Advice: Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on a wide range of people relations issues, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution, performance management, and termination processes.
- Request Management: Ensure timely and effective resolution of incoming requests, prioritizing and implementing solutions to provide PR consultation to P&C partners, leaders, and individual contributors.
- Compliance and Escalation: Collaborate with Compliance to determine support requirements for BEIR complaint resolution and serve as a point of escalation for complex complaints, including hostile work environment, retaliation, and other potential violations of company policy and labor/employment law.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to identify root causes and broader trends, enabling business leaders to address pervasive concerns and advise on preventing complaints through fair and consistent performance management.
- Thought Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to business leaders on restructures and reorganization, engaging internal and external partners and stakeholders to drive initiatives to conclusion.
- Performance Management: Advise on complex, contentious, and potentially legally risky performance management issues.
- Project Management: Manage projects related to PR key areas of responsibility, resulting from global/regional/local business needs.
- Union Relations: Proactively manage the relationship with local unions, identifying issues requiring information, advice, or consent.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate ability to leverage technology and data to generate insights for diagnosis, recommendations, and decisions.
- Cultural Competence: Passion for building a diverse and inclusive work culture, fostering psychological safety, and a strong sense of belonging.
- Enterprise Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple business areas, global teams, and key leadership areas.
- Consultation and Influencing: Demonstrated consultation and influencing skills with a diverse group of stakeholders across the business.
- Domain Expertise: Deep domain experience in employee relations and/or labor relations, good understanding of performance management on a global scale, expert negotiation skills, and solid knowledge of UK and Irish labor law.
