Stellenbeschreibung
Wir suchen einen Customer Service Manager, der sich für die Planung, Erstellung und Abstimmung der technischen Betreuung von Filialkunden verantwortlich fühlt. Der Kandidat sollte gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse besitzen, besonders in Office, Access und Power BI. Die Überwachung und das Reporting der Service-Aktivitäten, Incident-Monitoring, Request Fulfillment und Order-Tracking gehören ebenfalls zu seinen Aufgaben. Der Kandidat sollte überzeugend, teamfähig und kommunikationsstark sein und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse besitzen.
Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung: Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation oder abgeschlossene fachspezifische mindestens zweijährige Fachschulausbildung (Techniker) sowie eine mehrjährige fachspezifische Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrungen und Know-how: gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse, besonders in Office, Access und Power BI
- Persönlichkeit: überzeugend, teamfähig und kommunikationsstark
- Sprachen: sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
