IT Contract & License Manager (f/m/x)

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Contract & License Manager to join our team at Sysmex Europe SE. As a key member of our EMEA regional headquarters, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of software licenses, compliance with licensing agreements, and optimization of license usage to minimize costs and maximize value.

Your Responsibilities:
  • License Inventory Management: Develop and maintain an accurate inventory of software licenses, including different license contracts, keys, and entitlements.
  • License Compliance: Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements, track license usage renewals, and conduct compliance audits.
  • License Optimization: Optimize software license usage to minimize costs and maximize value, including managing license agreements, negotiations, and consolidations.
  • Vendor Selection: Identify and select vendor suppliers and service providers through a competitive bidding process, evaluating vendor proposals and negotiating contracts.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage procurement budgets, expenditures, and cost savings opportunities to optimize spending and achieve cost efficiency.
Your Profile:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in IT, business administration, or a related field. Your excellent negotiation skills, ability to manage relationships with software vendors, and experience with procurement, license management, and vendor management will be essential in this role.

You will be a team player with excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and able to work in a dynamic and international environment. If you are passionate about learning and driving things forward, we encourage you to apply.
