IT Contract Manager Position

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Contract Manager to join our team at Sysmex Europe SE. As the regional headquarters for the EMEA region, our company is dedicated to providing essential products that help people worldwide on their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • License Inventory Management: Establish and maintain an accurate inventory of software licenses, including different license contracts, license keys, and entitlements.
  • License Compliance: Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements, including tracking license usage renewals and compliance audits.
  • License Optimization: Optimize software license usage to minimize costs and maximize value, including managing license agreements negotiations and consolidations.
  • Vendor Selection: Identify and select vendor suppliers and service providers through a competitive bidding process, including evaluating vendor proposals and negotiating contracts.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage procurement budgets, expenditures, and cost savings opportunities to optimize spending and achieve cost efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Experience with procurement, license management, negotiation skills, and vendor management.
  • Strong structured and reliable working attitude.
  • Self-initiative, detailed-oriented with excellent coordination skills.
  • Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment.
  • Team player with very good communication skills (English fluent).
