Job Title: Wind Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Wind Project Manager to join our team in Germany. As a Wind Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing large-scale onshore wind projects from late-stage development to execution closure. Your primary focus will be on project scheduling, risk management, and ensuring all acceptance criteria are met. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining project schedules, developing work breakdown structures, and ensuring proper reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project teams and coordinate activities towards project execution
  • Establish and maintain project schedules, focusing on deviation analysis and impact
  • Develop clear work breakdown structures to efficiently reach project goals
  • Ensure all acceptance criteria are met for each contractual scope
  • Implement risk management processes, including risk identification, evaluation, control, and closure
  • Establish proper reporting to stakeholders
  • Focus on continual improvement, implementing digital systems and modern technologies
  • Actively promote a safe working culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or relevant field
  • 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale onshore wind projects
  • Basic understanding of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical concepts and drawings
  • Experience managing consultants, contractors, and suppliers
  • Ability to identify and implement cost-saving strategies
  • Able to work independently and as a team, handling multiple tasks
  • Advanced MS Project scheduling knowledge and techniques
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • International project experience
