About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team at Landmarken. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered with minimal disruptions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Cost Management: Manage project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in construction or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams. Proficient in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
